Buckhorn Energy Services, LLC Acquires Disposal Wells, Brine And Fresh Water Stations In The Permian Basin Of Texas

DENVER, May 13, 2014  — Buckhorn Energy Services, LLC is pleased to announce the expansion of operations into the Permian Basin.  Buckhorn Energy acquired five operating salt water disposal wells, two brine stations, and two fresh water wells located in the Ector, Martin, and Ward counties of Midland/Odessa, Texas.  All of the disposal wells have truck offloading and pipeline operations or capabilities. Terms of the acquisition were not released.

Buckhorn Energy Services was formed in June 2011 to provide environmentally sound waste management services to the oil and gas industry.  The Company currently operates salt water disposal facilities and water pipeline facilities in the Bakken Area of North Dakota in addition to these new operations.
